Financial Services Administration Assistant (Technical Assistant)

Johnston Carmichael Wealth has a heritage which spans over three decades, and to date, we have evolved into a team of over 60 staff incorporating Financial Planning, Technical Support and Specialist Teams, Operations and a Client Care Team.  We operate across 12 offices and our team of Financial Planners have a combined experience of over 300 years.

They are currently recruiting for a Technical Assistant to work with the Financial Planners and Technical Teams to ensure they deliver the best service to our client base.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Have good IT Skills including working knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication & numerical skills
  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service experience
  • Willing to learn

In addition to this it would be beneficial if the candidate has:

  • Experience of office administration
  • Knowledge of financial products
  • Experience of meeting deadlines
