We have seen first-hand the transformational difference that mentoring and a paid internship can have to a young person’s life on the Career Ready programme.

It boosts their skills, grows their confidence, and helps them discover the things they can do that they never felt possible in life. 

That’s why we are showing our support for their campaign to empower #1000Futures in #Scotland by providing a young person in your local community with a mentor and paid internship in your organisation.

A young person who, because of their background, doesn’t have access to the opportunities or support they need to achieve their potential.
