We have some incredible events and opportunities for you to get involved in as an employer in 2025. Partnering with us will enable you to connect with your future workforce, address skill gaps, and position yourself as an employer of choice in the eyes of young people.

Green Careers Event/COB Futures
Taking place on Monday 12th May at City of Glasgow College, this event is designed to help learners explore career paths that contribute to a sustainable future. Targeted at S1-S3 pupils, we are seeking speakers, interactive workshops, and showcases to make this event engaging and impactful.

Tech/Digital Event
In collaboration with Glasgow Tech Week, this event will be held on Friday 30th May, at the Social Hub. It offers an excellent opportunity for S1-S3 pupils to discover various careers within the tech industry. We are seeking interactive speakers with fascinating stories to share or unique demonstrations to inspire and captivate our young people.

Volunteering Opportunities
As part of Volunteers Week (June 2025), DYW Glasgow will celebrate our incredible third-sector partners. This activity aims to showcase the diversity and benefits of volunteering opportunities. To achieve this, we’d like to arrange visits for young people to spend a day with relevant organisations, learning how they operate. If you’re a third-sector firm and are able to host one of these visits, please get in touch.
