Hackathon: Connecting Young People With Employers
Are you a young person aged 16 to 24? Do you have a passion for design, marketing, or technology? Would you like to help develop and co-design a new approach to connect young people with employers?
If so, please register your interest to join our Hackathon in Glasgow on Tuesday 18 June.
Innovation, creativity, and fresh ideas from young minds are essential for building a connected future for Glasgow. We are looking for creative individuals to collaborate with one another at our hackathon to tackle the challenge of researching and developing a brand new way of connecting young people with employers. You will also be working in groups to develop ideas for branding and marketing.
Attendees will earn Young Scot points and have a chance to win tickets to an event at the OVO Hydro!
This project is being developed by employers in Glasgow including Arnold Clark, SEC, Glasgow Chamber of Commerce and others.
Lunch and snacks will be provided.
Please register your interest by filling in your details in the registration link. Once we receive all ticket requests, we will review the list of applicants and will email you to confirm your place.
This project is in partnership with Young Scot and funded by Glasgow City Council.
