How do you recruit young people?

The following short survey aims to understand the existing recruitment processes used by employers of young people across Glasgow and help identify the biggest challenges that employers face when trying to attract young talent. 

The team at Glasgow Chamber of Commerce has been working on a recruitment project that aims to connect young people aged 16-24 to appropriate working opportunities across Glasgow. 

To produce the outcomes that we want, we need to collaborate with both young people and employers that are actively trying to attract and recruit young talent. 

The results of this survey will allow us to come up with ways to reduce the barriers between employers and young people, and be applied to the development of the project, ultimately making each stage of the recruitment process smoother for both young people and their potential employers.
