Calling all Employers…It’s time to Maximise May!

During the months of May and June, under the umbrella of ‘Maximise May’, businesses had traditionally come together to support pupils who had either begun searching for post-school options or were looking for inspiration as to which path they should choose.

The initiative had been put on hold due to Covid-19, but we are now relaunching ‘Maximise May’ and are looking for help from our network of employers to offer engagements that will support our young people. These engagements could include support with CV, interview or application prep, information and inspiration sessions, site visits, or any other internal/off-the-shelf activities that you may be able to offer.

If you haven’t already participated in any of the above activities, we would encourage you to get started and get an idea of how the schools work and what the young people’s ambitions are, and learn how you can identify and nurture future talent for your organisation and the city as a whole! If you would like to participate in this initiative, we can help guide you and ensure that you can reach the young people who will benefit the most from this fantastic opportunity.
