Business Planning

As part of the Paid Work Placements programme, GCVS are offering community benefit sessions. This session is aimed at organisations in Glasgow who want to create a Business Plan and need to know where to start. This Introductory workshop will enable you to get started on with the basics of what a Business Plan is, what the benefits of having one are, what is in them and tools to help identify the information suitable for your organisation.

This session is aimed at Glasgow based SME, social enterprises, third sector and supported businesses on their development journey.
