National STEM Day at Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow
To celebrate National STEM Day, we partnered with DYW LED and McLaughlin & Harvey to bring STEM activities to the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow. Our aim was to inspire young patients to explore future careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through engaging, hands-on experiences.
Senior Project Coordinator, Rebecca Milne, was delighted to be part of this fantastic day, joining the team to provide young patients with fun and educational activities to take part in whilst staying in hospital.
Our team enjoyed meeting patients like Grace, Mia and Rebecca who put their creativity to the test, creating freestanding towers made from straws and paper plates.
